Releaf - How legit is the police part and in general?

Anyone else signed up to see what was going on but how I’m intrigued but if MC has taught me anything is trust no one but your prescription. But seriously I keep seeing NHS logos on their emails and now police, are they properly intergrated with NHS and police? If so why just them and how they do that? Just wanting to see if anyone knows any more or is just as confused…
