I sent a email to mamedica and this was there reply,I’m not 100% sure I understand they can’t do regular repeat prescriptions
“At your follow up with the consultant you can discuss your options, you are currently not yet on shared care so can not do regular repeat prescriptions. I can however ask your consultant to send an early prescription if he is happy to for 10g Mac and 10g Black garlic?”

You need to have one follow up appointment before you can request your meds like that, if you can’t get a close follow up appointment before you need the meds call and ask for what you want and they will get the doctor to prescribe. You won’t have these issues after your follow up. I had so many issues with mamedica at the start but now at a point where I’m very happy.

I’m not with Mamedica but I’ve read on here that after a few follow up appointments, you get transferred under a shared care agreement with one of their GPs so they can prescribe the repeat prescriptions without needing regular follow up appointments. I believe you still need a follow up with the specialist doctor at least once a year, not sure the specific details but I’m sure a Mamedica patient will correct me.
