Looking for advice on strains for day/night use for chronic pain

I’ve been using BM for decades and I’ve had loads of different strains but honestly I was never bothered to take notice.

Whenever a dealer or a mate would tell me it’s diesel or purple haze or whatever else. It always felt corny to me. Weed was weed to me and it kind of always stayed that way.

Over the last few years after a series of health issues I’ve been left disabled and unable to work with constant pain.

I take oramorph several times a day along with many other meds. I also self medicate with BM.

So now I’m changing to the legal route, i need to increase my knowledge base on what the difference actually are.

Anyone who also self medicated for chronic pain able to give me some info on what strains have helped them?

Thanks for any help

Do people find the higher the temp the more pain relief you get?

OG Kush, pink kush, Spectrum Lemon, Glory Sum Cookies, the oos Bedrocan is highly costly but original for pain. I'm in hell all day, that melts my nerve and brain pain away.
I wish you well..its trial and error, we all so unique. High Silver made me anxious as a wreck...other's love it.
Blessings and Peace ✌️

The MAC1 was one of the best, there’s also an LA confidential oil (think it’s the 25:5) that Aurora make which is very good for pain if you would consider going that route.

Farm gas
Master kush
Pink Kush

In no particular order these are the strains I have tried that have given me pain relief they may or may not work for you as everyone is different its best to experiment with strains until you know which ones are suited for your needs good luck!

At the moment I'm using LA Confidential, Equiposa and Ghost Train Haze from Aurora. I got LA Sage too which is more of a mood lifter that I use occasionally and doesn't do a lot for pain or mobility. I would say I generally feel between 40% - 60% happy with them depending on the day.

Some of the stuff I've got I wouldn't use even if they paid me £10/grm to vape it.
