So since getting LA Kush Cake the Mrs has been complaining saying it smells, which is a first for medical π I have three strains in Kilner jars hoping that it would seal the odour more than the tubs, but to no avail.
So I have to keep it in the garage now, Iβm worried the temperature will drop too low in there. What temps can bud withstand? I also have a odour bag but that doesnβt mask it either.

Thanks for the heads up I need those terps.
The rubber seal clip kilners are designed for storing preserves, put hot preserve into hot jars, cooling tightens the seal with a partial vacuum.
Use the 2 part screw top variety, no smell.
Been using those for 40 years!

Can get a vacuum packer pretty cheap. That will solve the smell issues

You could get a waterproof bag/jar, then fully submerge that bag/jar in cold water, which is itself contained in a sealable waterproof box, then take the water container and seal it in a faraday box, then take the faraday box and dig a 10ft by 10ft by 10ft pit in the garden, then meticulously build an underground perfectly humidified bunker which has the sole purpose of surviving a nuclear fall out/covering up the smell of LA Kush Cake, then place that box within the bunker, then seal the bunker with an air tight vacuum lock - hay presto no more problem , I think that should do it mate, it’s the only solution I can think of right now.

I always have issues with kilners. No idea why, I thought it was just me I initially.
I use the masterdam black uv jars for the smelliest of medical. Can't Smell a thing.

Cold won't be a problem. Generally, things get more stable the colder they are (which is why we keep perishable items in the fridge, or the freezer for even longer term storage). It's the heat you want to worry about.
I used to keep BM flower in the freezer when I knew I wouldn't be using it for a while - definitely keeps it fresher than leaving it at room temp. Just have to make sure it properly defrosts before opening it and trapping moisture.

Seal is fine, it’s a knock off Kilner but it’s all tight. May get an official Kilner and see if that solves it. Just worried about winter as it gets to - temperatures in there, might be a loft job π

I might be wrong, but I believe cold is less of a problem than heat. Sudden changes are also bad. Cupboard is best.
I don't know what kilner type you're using, but check the seal.
