I recently had my first consultation with sapphire, went with them like most did I assume for their low price and was unsure how it would go, thus didn't want to risk more money.
After booking I'd read alot of people were unhappy with them but after my appt I'm sure it must depend on the doctor you see.
I was seeking medication for my ADD and the doctor was more clued up on ADD than I expected, most who haven't specialised in the area are usually near clueless.
They were happy to prescribe sativa flower as they agreed they're documented to help most with adhd/add symptoms. I asked for hybrids aswell, they advised against it as they generally contain lower THC levels but was also happy to do so. They had no issue prescribing the higher THC levels as I was open about my BM use, duration and quantity. They said they couldn't prescribe the amount I usually consume but were OK with prescribing the upper end of what they can legally first time (40g).
4 days after consultation (weekend incl.) I received my acceptance email and was told they sent the script to the pharmacy, received email from the pharmacy with payment link the following morning.
Currently waiting for them to receive the physical prescription. More than happy so far with how everything's gone. My advice would just be open and honest about your current use and let them know what does and doesn't work for you from your experience.
They prescribed three green kings and glory glue for those curious.

I do think there's unfortunately a large amount of people that think high THC means best. For some people the higher percentages are absolutely vital (myself included) to the medication working well.
Everyone has a different cannabinoid system and will react differently to each strain. Also for a large amount of people this will be there first time having cannabis that is actually the THC content it says. When buying off the BM there is absolutely no guarantee that the amount will be as promised. I've seen people with flower they are convinced are in the high 20s and when tested it comes in the low teens.
Also it's standard practice in medicine to try lower doses of medications before jumping to higher doses. Look at SSRIs, I was started on 50mg a day and gradually upped to 150mg a day. Same logic applies to THC. Yes a lot of us will have experience and tolerances but that's why it should always be done on a case by case basis.
Obviously as well there's ratios of CBD and the entourage effects to consider. It's never as simple as we first think.

Other doctors are willing to prescribe high THC to the same patients so not sure you're in the position to question their clinical decisions, frankly.
Glad you're happy with service from Sapphire. Others haven't been. All views should be respected.
