Quick question, how long does it take for pharmacy's to get your medication in. I've been waiting since last Wednesday for a pay portal. As they didn't have the strain in. Thanks

Morning, sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your medication delivery.
Most wholesalers provide a next day delivery on CBPM's so in theory it should only be a couple of business days for them to get your medication into the Pharmacy for delivery onwards to you the next day following payment.
Can I just clarify, when you say you've been waiting since Wednesday, is that when you had your appointment or when the pharmacy had your script for dispensing?
There are of course instances where items take longer due to delays at the wholesaler and these will be out of the control of the Pharmacy, but your Pharmacy should be keeping you updated on the status.

Paid my invoice last Monday, got my script today. That is fairly standard with mamedica. About 4 to 7 day turnaround is normal for mam.
