I've been prescribed EMT1 Tripoli and before that Royal Moby for chronic low level back pain and both worked well in my Mighty +. I'm having a review tomorrow and as I'm only using between 1 and 3 dosing capsules per night I'm finding that 30g is lasting months. Because of this I'm prepared to spend more per gram to get something less irritating to my throat and possibly even more effective on pain, though what I've had so far has worked far better than the codeine I took before.
Any advice particularly with regard to the irritation, my wife says she hates to hear me coughing so much. BTW I do now use an adapter and bubble the vapour through a water piece but though it helps it is still irritating to my airways.

What vape do you use?
I found the Tripoli quite irritant too, and the last batch put me in a really negative head space.
I'd recommend Pink Kush for pain if you can get it though - it's not harsh and great for chronic back pain.
