FFS I’ve been stable on MC >2 years, do my questionnaires, only get 15-20g a month, usually book and pay for my 3 month follow ups EARLY, order c. the same date each month (20th-25th), ordered 20g on the 20th last month, last appt was April 25th and already have one booked for Monday (July 25th) !

I believe the confusion here is that Sapphire work on calendar months (28 days). Therefore going by your last appointment date (25th April) plus the 3 months (84 days), your next appointment should have been booked by Monday 18th July.

The hilarious thing is I chewed out someone here for trying to request when they were overdue and appointment and told them ‘this is why I book 3 months ahead of time’. Slightly different circumstances, but the situational irony is not lost on me.
