So I recieved a email from MaMedica today that absolutely took the cake for the most ridiculous things I've heard from them so far. They are denying me access to send my script to another pharmacy which is my legal right, as I'm a "access scheme patient." Yet, in this YouTube interview with founder Jon Robson, he states clinicians can't even see if your a access scheme patient and you'll receive the same level of care. Clearly, proven false. https://youtu.be/UneO6mbiBxw?si=V1tdIY3cWKbdC29w&t=3273
Also to note, I just had my followup on the 7th and my perscription starts from the 5th 🤦🏻♂️. Admin had removed the post due to names being in the image so I blurred them and reposted. MedBud has said on Twitter that whilst MaMedica will respect sending my perscription to another pharmacy, they will only do it once a month which was not what I was informed when I signed up to MaMedica. Also it implies if you were a monthly paying customer, it would be feasible for them to do it, proving they don't offer the same level of care for those on the access scheme.

My dr would never pressure me to order more or question if I order less. The maximum is the maximum I can order as little as I like during each repeat. This doesn’t look good for MaMedica

This was the same doctor who said they would only raise my monthly allowance to get more CBD and tried to force me to try oil when I told them I cant i've got IBS 😅

You should send what you’ve posted here to them and call them out on their bullshit, then try to find emails of high ups and do the same.

This needs to made clear when signing up. I just paid £200 a couple of months ago. I want to try several flowers that Mamedica dispensary don't get in...and now I'm experiencing the problems with stuff they apparently can get in (for example I'm waiting on them sending me 10g of High Silver...they sent out the rest of my prescription last Friday...High Silver to follow. But, worryingly no written note about this in my delivery parcel; only the 30g and the invoice for 40g) 🤨
I'm getting worried now...the thing is - even though I've paid £200 I'm not physically stuck. If they keep messing me about then I'll move clinics and write off the money as a loss and share my experiences with others.

If you’re on the access scheme? Do they not make it a condition that you use their pharmacy? I only ask because they’re in business to make money. It makes no sense to give the clinic service for free if they’re also going to miss out on the pharmacy money. I’m not saying I’d support that, but I would understand it. Free clinic and no dispensing is a recipe for a failed business.

I get a reminder call when I'm due to get more. Every time I just say that I can't currently afford more so I'll buy when I need. Some months, I've had 20gs, others 10gs, and sometimes I've had none and gone back to bm. I like that I'm allowed to do this. I originally got prescribed 60gs a month, but I can't afford that on disability benefits.

I thought you were allowed to have prescriptions sent to a pharmacy of choice?
My main issue with this is:
Why only submit a 30g prescription to new grove when you asked for 60, then email to ask why it's not 90?
Am I missing something?
