It is widely understood that cannabis can help with sexual function in both male and females. However, there are a lot of conflicting data about sperm production. According to Nassan et al, low levels of cannabis use could benefit sperm production because of its effect on the endocannabinoid system, which is known to play a role in fertility, but those benefits are lost with higher levels of cannabis consumption. Whilst, other studies, for instance Rajanahally et al suggest cannabis use is associated with reduced sperm and impaired sperm function. The question is if you were to stop cannabis, whether the other medication you would have to be on would effect sexual function and sperm production more than cannabis.

Sperm is reduced. Good luck. Let us know how it goes so we disprove science

Others have covered the main risks, but there can be other issues.

Vaping is way safer than a tobacco joint with hash. With a vape, there’s no risk of blims, ash or facial burns inadvertently caused when you’re trying to snog with a lit j in your mouth.
Safest would be edibles, where the biggest problem is cake crumbs in the bed.

We struggled to convince so we went through various tests, no issues found with my sperm count or mobility despite years of daily use. We eventually conceived naturally and the baby is due early next year.

A vape with a remote control and a whip it should be fine.

Smoking less so, largely due to second hand smoke and risk of fire.

Id recommend you watch this, something to consider for anyone not aware. But apart from this I dont know of any other issues.

Cannabis affects the quality, mobility, and even the shape of sperm, which in turn affects the health of the embryo. It's recommended to obtain for 3+ months before trying to conceive.
