As titled. I’ve been a Sapphire patient for a good while now and had no problem doing regular reviews.
When they introduced the “online review if your meds haven’t changed” deal, I thought great. No more £50 to tell them how I’m sleeping.
3 of my flowers were out of stock so got the ‘ol “select an alternative”.
This seems to have reset the counter on the review online vs paid video and I’ve been asked to book an appointment.
More than slightly pissed off that through no fault of mine, I’m dropped to the regular review stage after a long period.
Anyone experienced this?

Yeah I had the exact same thing happen to me and have just had my forced review appt last wk.. The pharmacist told me that it shouldn’t happen that way unless you’re wanting to request a change your so.
So I advised that this is a bug in the system that should be remedied and was told they waited pass it along to IT.

It's worth dropping their support team an email - it's likely just an automated process triggered on the website, so they may be able to sort it for you.

Do you mind if I ask how you apply for the free quarterly review? I was under the impression you still had to pay for a new appointment each time (I want to change my prescription anyway this time so no big loss, but next time I'll definitely choose the free one)

Ah yes, the fantastic service offered by Sapphire strikes again. I just see them as a service for inexperienced cannabis users to onboard now, before eventually switching to an objectively better service.
Some patients jump to their defence because of what they perceive as good service - fair enough, but I think better service elsewhere is almost guaranteed.

If you act now you can switch to JEC for £99 for whole the year; just saying 😊👍
