I’m an ADHD patient I went from being unemployed with no MC to a project manager for a lead internet provider in 2years on MC so Yh it definitely works just need to up the quality
That's not even an exaggeration. I probably wouldn't still be with my kids, given how debilitating AuDHD can be in being able to parent (in the way we all know we *wish* to).
Probably not an outcome of MC people discuss for various reasons, but I wager many on here would step up now and say MC made them a better parent.
trying to get an NHS diagnosis for ADHD has been a 10+ year battle for me at 27 with barely any progress. i did however get diagnosed with ASD this year and severe depression/anxiety back in 2019.
i’ve been an on and off stoner since 2017 but never really seeing it for its benefits rather a dissociative from life in general. for the past 6 months i’ve been using it smart in a way where i only use it at night time or times i don’t need to drive as i can not be arsed losing my license over it. i never smoke it anymore, only the PAX and cooking with the AVB later.
these past 6 months have been the best of my life career-wise. i’m working two software jobs side-by-side with neither suffering whilst staying on top of housework and getting to the gym 3-4 times a week.
i used to have a complete stance on never doing it during the day job but as i work from home, i have been medicating at points and i am getting glowing reviews from everyone around me. i actually feel capable of the work and a blocker is no longer totally disabling and frustrating to the point of giving up. i can speak to people in a much friendlier way, i am more open to help and i am just generally so, so much more creative.
i think i need to finally bite the bullet and go medical as i am still BM purely due to the stigma i’m worried about now with the day job, it being a UK household name that i need to declare major changes like this to.

I go from Homer Simpson to competent parent.
