Is their a Difference between oils ?

The oils I would get before I got them of my doctor I would put in cakes and on my joints to smoke the stuff I get now of the doctor to put under my tongue is it the same stuff I could put on a joint or is it a different type of oil ?

Don’t put it on joints, it’ll have alcohol or coconut oil as a carrier
