Brilliant! I didn't take part in this survey - but funnily enough this is a lot of what I said to the doctor last week at my 3 month follow-up appointment.

That's me 4 months as a MC patient...4 months of being legal after 25 years on the BM.

The negative propaganda that 50 years of prohibited has embedded into society is slowly starting to change. I'm so proud and grateful to be a part of that.

My mother is pretty streetwise and accepting of things in life; liberal yet with strong values and has, in her career, worked at chief executive level. She was also accepting of my BM use (but doing it in front of her was not 'cool' - unless she was partaking; and that was very occasional and only if she'd had a glass or two of wine...like at Christmas or something - where she'd giggle and fell that she was being "naughty"). There was always a kind of lack of complete acceptance about my use of this medication - **UNTIL** I got my private prescription.

I was at my mum's twice this week (both times helping to fix things; washing machine hose, re-thread Venetian blinds)...both tasks that required patience and thought. We've attempted both these jobs together already this year and had to abandon because I had a meltdown 😆 My mum can get really easily stressed and this can make working together more of a challenge.

With my Crafty+ I had a cup of tea and vape after arriving - spoke through the plan with her (this helped ease any anxiety she had about her floor, risk of flooding, potential damage, health and safety --I. joked that we could have a committee meeting about it all!! 🤣). I was really tolerant and calm because I had my Crafty+ and brought a few loaded dosing capsules with (very importantly) my charging cable!! 😆

I was there for 3 and a half hours...I vaped twice in that time. We communicated well (because I was able to remain mega calm - aka medicated) and this led to successful problem solving and completed tasks. When I returned a couple of days later to fix something else (but wasn't;t planning to stay long so didn't take my vape) - I told her "I didn't bring my vape" and she said "oh, you should have brought it".

I feel that she is now 100% behind this herb (before was possibly about 90%) and has actually remarked a few times now that she's noticed a marked positive change in my mood, energy and overall wellbeing 🥳

Happy for you, OP. Informed support and understanding from those in one’s life is a boon which can only add further to one’s quality of life. Good for you, mate.
