Fuck sapphire, I had to complain to them multiple times to get help. The asshole doc said he didn't believe I had anything wrong with me after sending my MRI/ x-ray results and diagnosis in. Spent 50 on an appointment just to be treated like shit, had to get a doctor to give me a note and show them that I wasn't bullshitting, then when I complained they said they were sorry that they must have brushed over the proof I sent in. I got a prescription with them and it was complete ass. Their buds wank, and they try to sell you all this shit you don't need like a crappy vaporizer for like 160. Honestly, the phone staff was kind and all but the doctor had a stick up his ass.
I've heard so much bad shit about them I reckon it's not worth it, there's YouTubers that say how shit they are. There are better clinics with an actual choice for what buds you want instead of some shitty strain that tastes like chemicals.
