Oil v Pastilles

Is my understanding correct that 0.5ml of Adven Oil Hybrid/Indica (EMT2) Full Spectrum, containing 20mg THC/ml, equates to the THC dosage in the Adven Pastilles with 10mg THC?

Also, would the effects of the pastilles set in more quickly due to their gelatine composition, assume this acts as a binding agent?

0.5ml of 20% oil comes in at 100mg of THC
