Travelling through Airport first time. Where to keep script going through security?

Keep all in your hand luggage, I'd personally remove your vape and place in the tray (along with any MC being carried). You only need your prescription if pulled, but you'll be fine.

The border control are a lot more upto date on MC laws than the police.

Every time I've travelled I taken the vape out and put it through the scanner, then left my medication in my bag with the supporting documentation with it. No one has stopped me or paid any attention to it so far.

The security checks are only looking for dangerous items you can't take on planes so are only interested in electronic items and liquids. So put those in the tray and your MC in your hand luggage.

I travelled through security at Glasgow Airport yesterday.

Put my laptop and tablet in the tray but left my meds, vape, spare batteries, battery charger and an induction heater inside my backpack.

Bag was pulled for a search and the guy told me it was because there were lots of electronics inside. I just said there were medical devices inside.

The guy then swabbed the outside of my bag and let me on my way.

I guess next time I will put my vape and induction heater in the tray.

However, it doesn't really matter as airport security couldn't care less about MC. Last time I was stopped at security I volunteered that there was MC in my and the guy just smiled and didn't pass any comment.

I went Cardiff to Edinburgh and back. Just keep your meds in their packaging in your bag. Pop the vape on the tray. My vape got flagged up because I left it in my coat pocket which was a bit stressful. However once they were satisfied it was for medical cannabis and wasn't a bomb they were fine. Also had a paper copy of my script and most recent prescribing letter.

I just flew out of the UK, sealed MC in my hand luggage, vape goes in the tray....no issues.
