When vaping, obviously, but I've noticed that my MC is still greenish after vaping, whereas BM stuff would be DARK brown.

What vaporiser do you have and what temps are you using?
If it is staying green it tells me your temps are too low or the vaporiser you are using cannot get hot enough during your draw. This is the problem with the majority of cheap/budget (under £100) portables...they may hit the temp for a second, but the moment you take a hit it cannot keep up.
Typical recommended temps are 175-180 to start with, before bumping to 190-195, and finishing up at 210.

MC has good moisture level compared to average BM which is often full of other stuff.
You need more heat for longer to get toasty.
share temps and device.

BM weed is exactly the same as MC, both made of the same plant material just sold to you by different people, if your bud is still green after vaping then the temps are too low, check your vape it might need a good clean, also check that you are packing the vape correctly, some vapes don't work so well if the buds too tightly packed and some vapes don't work so well if too loosely packed

Maybe your vape isn't operating at the temperature it's telling you it is.
