So the past few weeks I was considering contacting them and finally did last Wednesday, following the next few days I got an email confirming and asking to send in my medical record, to which I did and briefly spoke to a young lad on the phone (who stated he wasn’t a doctor just someone to clear up any queries) he was helpful and said I should I have no problems with the process, since then I haven’t spoken to any doctors or had a consultation but have received a few emails stating my screening is complete and my account registered, I am now at the point of booking my first consultation (£150), does this mean I’m in the clear and almost good to go or can I still be declined? TIA

They won’t offer you an appointment if they don’t think you are eligible. The only way you can fuck it up is if you have a family history or general history of psychosis or schizophrenia.

They can still decline you. I had my first consultation around 6 weeks ago and got a prescription, however this had to go off for approval and they actually came back and said it's not approved and advised that I should try a 3rd medication from the GP first. i tried another for 6 weeks which didn't work so had another consultation on Monday and just got my prescription approved today. Good luck!

You can still be declined, however, it's the best sign you could get that the onboarding staff said this:
> I should I have no problems with the process
Cantourage have a good reputation, and it's industry-wide bad practice to mislead potential new patients.
