Hi, long time lurker but first time poster.
I've been offered an initial appointment with Sapphire for OCD + PTSD. Went to a legal state in america recently and was shocked by how easy managing my obsessive thoughts was when i was high.
I'm not really a regular smoker though so when people start talking about how much they're prescribed a month etc it can feel a little overwhelming. Going through 30g in a month is pretty intimidating for me at the moment, and I'm not sure i'll feel the need to medicate every day, rather more when the anxiety spikes up and I need something to help calm down. So how often would I have to order a new prescription? Is it expected that it would be monthly? Is there a 'minimum requirement' so to speak?

You can order just 10 grams if that's all you need.

You’re under no obligation to request a repeat if you don’t need it. Just order what you use. You’ll work out how much you’ll use in a week or month.

I started on 10g, I need about 15 so I get 20. Doctor advised to get my monthly then put back my quarterly consultation a few weeks to run down my supply.

When I have 10grams left I order more. So as there is always a backup overlap.
If you vape 10grams a week so order 50grams to cover a month/4weeks.
I get the cheapest strains to spread the cost.

Do not request more if you do not need it. That will demonstrate that you use this as medicine rather than as a chillax product. Use as little as possible (less risk and better for your pocket) and explain that to the doctor so they made a not in their records.

My script is for 60g a month and I can get up to 30% THC, so basically any strains on the dispensary as long as they are in stock.
So I can order as little as 10g or as much as 60g, nothing will be said. That is how it will stay forever from what I was told by my prescribing Dr.
I have also gone 50 days between repeat scripts and received nothing other than an email reminding me to put in a repeat.
I will only be ordering 10g of Tripoli in January, need to finish off all my old scripts. That order will not be going in until the end of the month which will be about 50 days again since I got my January script.
It most certainly isn't, your script is 60g, you must order 60g and you must order it by this day.
