The CUDIT-R looks like very poorly constructed garbage for propaganda to me, and sending it to medical cannabis users seems like a deliberate misapplication of it.
I can't see much potential for good from this.

They should explain why they've sent it and how they are using the data from it (if it's for any purpose other than your continuing medical care especially, like research or service quality monitoring.) I would call the clinic and ask for clarity before completing.

I was emailed a couple of questionaires before my last consultation, about 6 weeks ago. I put it down to me chatting with the nurse for the first time rather than my usual Doctor. One was the CUDIT-R and the other was a pain screening questionaire

I got one this morning aswell. I was like wtf this is new. This must be newly implemented then, I thought it was standard if you've been on MC 6 months or so.

I was told that this is now a requirement by law for the clinics to do this now for what sounded like CDC.

But the questionnaire asks if you use cannabis. If you’re an existing medical cannabis patient than yes of course and you use it daily. But it’s prescribed and how does this work that something you’ve been prescribed and the clinic prescribing yo you want to diagnose you with cannabis use disorder.

Also wtf. This I don’t understand

Only question is to those who are with Integro and have been sent this questionnaire, do you have a lot of medication? I’m with Integro and have not been sent this. I have 20g a month. I see people on here who have 120g. Perhaps it is to do with the amount??
