I originally signed up with Sapphire and found the service to be okay but alas overtime I was left feeling not listened to and limited in my choices (as I was advised I would be by lots of people on here).
I won't say much about Sapphire but the medicines are very limited and of less quality compared to others available. Staff also contradicted each other and it was pot luck with some things depending on who you saw.
Moving to Alternaleaf was incredibly easy. I sent an email with my clinic letters from Sapphire, copy of my ID and some information from my summary of care (NHS app). I was then booked in to see a pharmacist to make sure all paperwork was in order, have a general chat about health and cannabis and was then booked in to see a consultation 48hrs later. Consultant was great, listened to my concerns and how I was doing, advised a few things and then let me choose products.
Follow up appointment went very well also. I was booked in to see the same consultant as original (this to me was really good, years of seeing different docs etc becomes daunting explaining the same things over). I explained how I got on, when I found myself struggling and when I was doing better. Consultant recommended some things and asked me what my thoughts were.
My second prescription was sent out in two parts because some had to be ordered in. I didn't pay any extra. All my medicines arrived within 5 days even with them being split up.
Anyone looking to switch I really can't fault alternaleaf. I feel listened to and treated with respect. I'm feeling much better, way less anxiety around if I have enough medicine or if it will work. I can talk to the consultant openly and honestly without fear of being judged.

Alternaleaf is just such a simple and effortless option. Only thing I would like from them would be some kind of portal so I could choose and order strains myself.

Shhhhhh, its a secret, dont tell others how awesome they are as i dont want them to get too busy 😂 but in all seriousness ive been with two clinics previously and its night and day difference. They’re so good.

Totally disagree with this sapphire are decent and probably the most responsible professional and well knowledged clinic out there. I’ve been with them ages. Consultants awesome pharmacists too. Always prompt and actually care. I tried other clinics and sapphire have been better than them.

Im with Curaleaf and I’m hoping that once Sapphire joins up with Curaleaf they too adopt the portal

Brilliant that’s good to know I chose the right one , I joined them just before Xmas ,( because of kady ) service was brilliant, very quick with getting back to you regarding any problems. , next day delivery.

I take it they email you in advance for review or do you contact them ??
And it’s one prescription a month , so does , the month start when the flowers arrive ? Or when you spoke to the flower doctor….???? Because mine was in the middle of the month ??? Eg around 21st I spoke to doctor.
