When I registered last year, there was talk of some clinics letting you register with screenshots from your NHS app instead of your full summary of care records. Is this still the case for some clinics? Has anyone done this recently?

Sapphire let me register with screenshots. I allowed them access to my summary care record but they requested screenshots of consultant letters & prescriptions.
