Cannabis is included in this paper. I know not everyone can get things through official channels.

I hate this survey as a data analyst. The questions are weighted and worded weirdly, and the comments box will not be analysed along with the responses due to the data structure.
This is a box ticking exercise so the government can say they did a poll and the results were.... people supported this. I don't know this for sure obviously, but having created these type of surveys in the past I'll be shocked if I'm wrong.

I have just completed this, it is essential as many people complete as possible. The home office (Petal) are proposing removing peoples passports, drivers licenses, tagging etc for drug offences. We all know this approach does not work, and is something out of the war on drugs play book.
This survey asks your opinions on this approach.

I think this is really important for as many of us as possible to fill out properly (takes about 10-15 mins)

I don't care because I'm legal 👊 Kidding obviously, I hope 🙄
In all seriousness I completed it a week or two ago. These proposals are abhorrent.

I can already see them rolling their eyes when they read some of my comments.

I’ve completed this already, not agreeing with any of it either.
It’s essentially just moving people out of the over stretched court system to punish them anyway without any kind of fair judgement or consideration of their circumstances. It’s fucking vile quite frankly, I’d read previously about this and the proposal is to not only charge people for their “course” but to charge them in excess of the cost of the course too. Profiteering from it.
It’s just bullshit designed to make people bad and wrong when they actually in the main need help when it comes to substance abuse, along with decriminalisation too
Just seems a great way to move drug arrest income away from the justice system to private corporate pockets without actually addressing the issues to start with in any way they’ll ever be changed

Medical cannabis is the biggest con going, I’m not taking away from what the benefits from using cannabis are, but as a user of over 25 years I’ve never received such poor service or care as I’ve received from TMCC, Over 6 weeks I’ve waited for a repeat prescription. Even from my old street dealer mates with zero business sense work better than these charlatans. My regular seller and mates have been laughing at me because of the weed I’ve received over the last 12 months as its been so bad it’s become funny. I’m sure I’ll get the odd Reddit odd ball popping up saying im wrong and it’s all about the way it works, I’m sorry you are wrong. Zero terps is ridiculous.
Never in all the years I’ve been receiving medication for my problems have I had such shoddy service (ex military using for PTSD). The Dr and nurse I’ve seen over the last 12 months wouldn’t qualify for veterinary school and you are daft to believe you don’t receive better help via the NHS.
Just fools for believing, I was too.
Serious question, did you only worry about legality after hearing about this timeshare type con?

Abominable. Even the questions are horrendous. Especially the section about impact on 'police, court, employer, etc' and then 'other' which I assume they mean the individual 'caught' in possession.
