In seriousness though, these stock issues are how it used to be consistently - so a lot of us here may not be surprised by it.
If you get in contact with your clinic they should be able to rewrite for something that’s in stock, but there will be a few days delay getting that written and sent out too.
There's not really anything you can do. Speak to your clinic about timing on repeats for the future to help ensure no gaps, but stock has been wildly inconsistent for the past 2 years. It's frustrating to pay so much money and have no clue if you'll be back to square one a month later. I do still have my NHS meds on repeat as backup.

You will just have to manage for a few days longer, however you have been managing up until now.
I think a lot of people keep back up pain killers for in case something like this ever happens.
Us with mental health problems often arn’t even that lucky.

I'm sorry you are finding out the hard way about stock issues.
If you have ABV can you make something with that to tide you over?
Can you get reclaim from your vape?
Look online for simple recipes for these.
