Hello, anyone who is currently on the integro access scheme could you clarify please::
1. Are appointments monthly? Going forwards I mean. The front page thing showing costs seems to lay out 4 months, but with a choice of psych/nurse/or repeat
2. Which leads me to question 2, is it a £30 repeat fee every time? Or to request? Bit confused
3. Is it free delivery? Any other costs please. Thank you
I'm aware the flower is capped at 6.50 but just need to work out any additional costs please. I'm a psychiatric patient (not pain) I believe some prices differ.
I want to go ahead and book appt but just want to check it's affordable. Thank you

So to my knowledge for psychiatric patients it’s £75 for the consultation after a months treatment, and then if the doctor allows it you see the nurse for £40 every 3 months (possibly, I don’t know if Integro allow you to go longer). Then it’s £30 a month for a repeat prescription, but I did ask if you HAVE to order monthly, & they said while it’s common they do take into consideration that some patients may not need meds so frequently. It’s best to get clarity from the team though if you can call them

No delivery costs.
They want you to order roughly a months worth at a time but they aren't strict on that.
Repeats are 30. If you are moving from another clinic you would need one follow up after being accepted then you would be moved ro 3 months.
New patients would need more obviously.
The appointments are also 30 mins, I think. So you're paying 75 but you get more time.
