Curaleaf took over 10 days to send the payment link through and it’s only come through this morning. I’m moving house today.
Spent 25 mins on hold trying to change my address with them and they told me it had to be in writing, sent an email and got the prescription through to my address that I won’t have access to past today.
Anyone changed the shipping address in the app? I’m not sure if because of the product they’ll let me do it. I’m short of waiting outside my old house to flag down the driver as I need my prescription!!

I get mine to local collection point which happens to be the local post office as at work when delivery due. Just do through the app no probs so that might be an option for you?

Have not tried to do this BUT out of all the options available on the app the only two that are not greyed out for me are change date and change address.
I'd guess that means it's possible but wouldn't put money on it. Good luck though.

Yep, I actually did it to get back my original delivery date after messing up and changing it. I couldn't re-pick today, monday was the earliest. Clicked change address, put in the same address it was gunna be delivered to anyways and it let me pick today again.

Yes man I got mine delivered to my wife’s work place.go on app and change it with DPD
