I received a cancellation email yesterday for a follow up with the Dr that was scheduled for this evening (31/8). I am finding it harder to speak to anyone due to long hold times and the call back system doesn’t seem to work all the time. Has anyone with this clinic had their appointment cancelled if so did they contact you to rearrange an appointment? I have obviously paid for it already but would be interested to hear from anyone who had a similar experience and what was the process. Thanks for reading.

i had a appointment last night they didn't even bother to turn up for it wasting me nearly an hour of my time to say im unhappy about it is an understatement i seriously considering moving to a different clinic as im far from happy spent 45 mins on phone this morning trying to get through to then at that point tried call back they rung back and hung up as soon as i answered so i tried again and asked for ringback again on different number they did exactly the same thing rang and hung up on answer to say im unhappy is an understatement.

I tried to get an appointment with my doctor -- she's no longer listed as an option. Selected a male doctor and my appointment was for tomorrow night and was cancelled.
This is on the back of having dg messing up my last prescription-- I now have to speak to a doctor and can't. I ran out of my medication weeks ago but luckily my friend helped me out.
