Thank god I changed clinics. The service was getting really sketchy and after my last consultation was cancelled at short notice I expected something like this. Not surprised
I follow their rules and I get fairly good service, they are responsive despite lots of negative feedback. Not getting to stressed is key to dealing with the staff as yes they are under pressure due to demand (shocking right) DG are spot on and never let me down.
Saw this almost two weeks ago when I took a wrong turn trying to book a follow-up apt. Good for them! Looks like they're trying to get a grip on the situation, it made me optimistic that their service will start to improve. Maybe I'm being naive. Or maybe I'm trying to make myself feel good about booking that follow-up with them.
TMCC kept telling me that I needed a follow up doctors appt but failed to tell me my old doctor had left and then they changed my script from Khiron to Noidecs without telling me. Luckily I saw the script before wasting my money. So I discharged myself and I was going to go to Integro and check out their Grow Pharma range which from what I’ve seen looks amazing
Had an appointment on Sunday night, paper copy arrived at DG in Tuesday, just waiting for the delivery 2morrow. Really good Doctor and had no problems with TMCC. DG on the other hand is a different story.
I've been with TMCC since I started in January and had no issues really. I highly doubt they are about to disappear. I'm pretty sure this happened with cantourage (I may be wrong on the clinic) a few months back? Due to the demand for the grow products they had to stop accepting new patients. Maybe we should not be all jumping to conclusions until we get something official from TMCC as it's likely nothing at all.
I think they have improved from all the past stuff, the customer service and support was really good I found. I had some appointment issues yes, and didnt get to the meds part so I cant speak on that, but it wasnt like all the horror stories at all lol!
I booked an initial call with them last week, they never called and then this went up the next time I checked the website...
Frustrating I waited for the call and also a few more days for them to get in touch, but maybe better than going through a long process if they are now having issues dealing with everyone.
Probably going to try Sapphire now, any recommendations for cheapest p21 clinics though, as ideally I'd like to be on p21 but on a tight budget

I’m on medical for anxiety. I’ve had to go back to BM because dealing with this whole fucked up setup is only making it worse.
