After 18 months and I don't dare count the thousands of pounds spent, besides the colossal ammount of admin time needed to support consistent meds, I've decided to return to 'traditional' meds.
With winter coming and no change in stock issues, regardless of clinic / pharmacy, I can't justify taking food off our table to fund this.
Maybe I'll have to do another pro/con list when all the side effects kick in, but atm I am knocking it on the head.
All the best to everyone, (,not you lyphe) I wish you the best and thanks for everything I've learnt about cannabis since I found this sub.

Yeah it’s a depressing uphill battle. I always wondered how UK citizens would ever be ok with the privatisation of the medical system and now I know. The system being rolled out is another example of everything wrong with the world. What we choose to put in our bodies on our private time is none of the governments business.

That’s a real shame, and I completely relate to your predicament. I’m in a similar position. The cost is a real issue, and there’s no getting away from the fact the money I spend on the MC is money funnelled from the household budget.

Good luck Lewt007
I understand the cost implications and I’m right behind you. I posted something similar last week and trying to figure out my best way forward.
Take care

I'm considering doing it myself. Too many times been held up with delays and now pathetic stock issues leave me with no choice but to take morphine again. It's just too stop start for me.

Have you tried dry herb vape to cut down consumption?

I'm sorry you even need to make this decision. I have no alternative to go to, I only get naproxen and gabapentin on the NHS and have never been offered more than that.

Sapphire foundation have a grant that can help cover costs and I’m sure others have similar options
