Has anyone had any experience in the benefits of microdosing oil tinctures thc/cbd without getting high from it but still feeling the medicinal benefits

In my humble opinion (and early studies looking at micro dosing with psychedelics) micro dosing has a similar profile to any other placebo (ie has some effect as long as you believe it does).
Personally, I suffered from terrible panic attacks and anxiety. It took some time to find the right strains (EMT1 and emt3) as well as cbd and oils, but I don’t get panic attacks anymore.

I used a CBD heavy oil (EMT2/EMC1 20/40 T/C) which worked wonders for my anxiety. It takes a while to kick in but you feel like a weight has been lifted off your chest and you can breathe regularly again.
I didn't feel high from it at all. A little hazy in the eyes, occassionally spacing out in my own thoughts, but not like being super high at a stoner session at college or anything. It was super mellow and relaxing. It was tapered so it took about an hour or so to start kicking in, then very slowly sank in for a couple of hours, then sailed down for another hour or two. Not intense at all. Not anxiety inducing at all. But it was CBD heavy.

Not currently on MC but I do have quite bad anxiety and panic attacks that I have close to eliminated by taking 10mg of edible every evening and morning. It’s been two weeks and my tolerance is increasing so its not feeling as narcotic as at first but my low anxiety remains. Plus it makes boring tasks at work less boring so there’s that.
