I'm confused as I've just received my first payment link and haven't had to pay for the free consultation? I'm on the GAP scheme too, maybe there's been crossed wires somewhere and they don't think you're GAP?
This is why you don’t pick a clinic on the list that is one of the big ones that’s also the cheapest…
CCC (cannabis clinic Cardiff) offer both p21 and GAP, you just have to be willing to pay for the appointment - there are no additional costs tho. Repeats are free so all you pay is the appointment cost, even when you need a letter of proof and stuff writing.
Iv been with them 3 months now (I just had my 3 month follow up) and I have not got one single complaint about them.
They really are incredibly efficient and always do what they say they will do.
The costs may be reduced from what they have on their site now that they do the GAP but I don’t know about that to be honest.
I havnt been charged for my follow up yet but iv also not got the cash to pay for it yet so I’m gonna email them in a few days when I get paid.
They are really great and you can tell they actually care about the patients and arn’t just a money driven chain that has way too many patients to actually be able to give good service to.
The initial fee is expensive, compared to others but I also have been on this sub for about 4-5 months now and havnt once seen a negative thread about CCC. Just positive ones 👍😀
Oh also to be fair to all the clinics - I do also get these cock ups and run arounds when I order my NHS meds as well - they are also awful.
Difference is we arn’t paying them so it’s not so

I had my GAP initial consultation yesterday and same haven't received any payment links as yet, i thought it was the first 500 people get the free consultation but after that its just discounted consultation fees and medication?
