Hi, was approved on Tuesday, got my payment link for both flower and oil., which I’ve just paid to avoid any delays. I was prescribed the mighty +, which is on the Sapphire portal as being sent to pharmacy . My bill was just for oil and flower, no vape, no mention of Mighty +. They are closed at the moment, just unsure what to do or what my options are.
The flower will arrive and I can’t use it and don’t want to smoke it. I ordered it with Sapphire as I wanted the unit on my prescription and thought they were much cheaper. They are the same price next day on Amazon. Can I cancel the prescription one without me being too much hassle and or being charged? or best to wait it out. I will call them tomorrow just wondered if anyone else had a similar experience.

I asked Vapefiend to price match MagicVapourisers price of £180 for the Mighty and they were happy to oblige. I have alot of confidence in their customer service like alot of other people.
If you haven't already paid for it and want it in a timely manner I'd suggest hust going ahead and ordering one. Curaleaf and Sapphire will understand that you need to use your meds ASAP and knowing Sapphire, you could be waiting a few more days yet... especially as we are coming up to the weekend.
Most places offer next day delivery of you order before 2pm.
Hope your able to use your meds soon!

Thank you so much for all the reply’s. The payment link for the vape came through this morning. I checked out some of the sites recommended, Vapefiend had them listed at £299.99(not sure if that included shipping) Amazon two reviews I noticed were hit with a £70 delivery charge from the courier, which didn’t seem from reading, were easily resolved, if at all.
In the end I’ve have the Sapphire one for £266, I could have hunted a bit more and got it cheaper I’m sure, but I’m new to all this, I really don’t want to be changing my prescriptions immediately as I’m worried they might see me as hassle. 2nd it may not even make any difference, but I wanted the unit on the prescription as I feel it may help with police(hope I’m never stopped), hospitals(i go regularly for long periods of time)ect.
So far this whole thing has been way more stressful than I expected, but at least the uk is moving forward to where Cannabis can be a useful medical tool and maybe in the future something some people are able to take safely for fun.
I’m very thankful for all for reply’s and reading other people posts on here. I really think if I didn’t have Reddit I wouldn’t have found half the information(or at least realistic info)I needed, which is a shame.

I had the exact same experience! It’s been over a week. Sitting here with my cannabis prescription already filled, waiting and waiting and the prescription part on my portal for my vape just says “we are currently reviewing this request”. For the sake of £20 I just went on Amazon and bought it. Wish I had known about websites like Vapefiend and that I could get it cheaper 😩 Sapphire are really starting to suck.

I would get my vape from a vape supplier like vapefiend, rather than through sapphire.

If Sapphire haven’t sent an invoice yet then that is probably because they seem to invoice each transaction separately. I order two strains plus oil from them which weirdly causes 3 invoices to be generated. Their invoice clerk mustn’t get the info from the approvers at the same time so we patients end up getting an invoice for each product which is good in a way as it gives you the option to pay or reject each invoice depending on whether you want the items or not.

Yeah but unsure what to do. From reviews it seems to have a ceramic bowl, so better flavour and a sturdier unit. Don’t think the battery is much different. I wanted the volcano but thought this would be a good start and more portable.

I would imagine if you haven’t paid for it then you could just buy one from Amazon. What are the benifits of buying the mighty plus over the mighty?
