By the thumbnail & title I was 50/50 over whether this was gonna be a serious discussion or a meme that hit hard about my personal consumption levels lol.
Real talk though, the simple process of weighing out a gram per day of my prescription and then divvying up into .2/.25s through the working day feels like I have a better relationship with dosing, eliminating the habit of allowing it to creep up.
I'm only about just under a week in but treating my consumption in a more prescriptive way seeks to be improving my wellbeing. Wonder if others with previous daily use have this experience too.
I’ve found that micro dosing many times throughout the day works better for me than two or three bigger doses through the day.
Before going the legal route, I also ate some raw flower throughout the day but forgot about that when I went legal (sticking to the recommended method for the prescription). I’m now reintroducing raw flower to see if I get even more benefits.
I weigh my daily amount out into a little jar in the morning, and take from that throughout the day. I use an ariser Argo, so the chamber to put the cannabis in is small, and i know I'm not using too much in one go. I'm very conscious of the amount that I use, and I am very careful with it.
Some days I could probably do with a little more, or possibly a different strain for pain, but I'm mainly prescribed for mental health anyway, and definitely can't stretch to paying to have more prescribed.

No worries
I had the same
I stopped recording my daily intake and it went right up.
Recently just writing down dosages before consumption has given me motivation to keep my usage lower.
Suddenly I have aims and targets (I was on 0.5g a day but have got it right down to 0.3 now)
I found the link interesting, it seems to encourage that less is more with cannabis and heavier doses aren't as beneficial.
Something that correlates with my experience somewhat
I feel you on video initially appearing comical, he doesn't suit a suit!

Chewing on stems has got to be a great source of dietary fibre if nothing else 🐰
