Has anyone's prescription gone 'missing' before? Clinic saying it's been sent and delivered/signed for, dispensary saying they haven't received anything... The extra stress being legal gives I'm starting to think its not worth it.

I have run out of medication also because of my dispensary. Now their phones aren't working.
Anyone else having problems with DG at the moment. It's made my health alot worse dealing with staff that just don't care. I wish I could get the same strains on the BM and then I wouldn't have to deal with this stupid system. No one on the BM has treated me so bad in 20 years as the staff at DG!

When did the clinic state that they’d dispatched the prescription?
It can sometimes take a few days to be processed by the pharmacy.

Going through this right now. It's been 3 weeks since my prescription was signed, and I'm yet to receive my medication, because the script is missing....

It happened on almost every month with tmcc and DG, they both just blame each other. I'm so glad I moved clinic and pharmacy

Ah this is what I had for the entire first year of being on MC. Clinic says they sent it, pharmacy says they have nothing, but clinic doesn’t want to show proof of postage and pharmacy can’t give any information at all though they’ve probably sat on it, or in my case sent the link to the wrong email. All you can do is chase and ask for a re write. If the clinic doesn’t want to rewrite tell on the pharmacy
