Are dynavaps worth it for the price? Looking at spending no more than £90 for a starter vape due to being off work at the moment.
I will eventually get a mighty, but not for a few months yet.
What is everyone’s recommendations?
Just been accepted through cannabis access clinics!

Dynavap is the best vape on the market for under 150 . I’d even say it’s the best thing you can get all the way up to a mighty unless you don’t want to use a lighter all the time or get an induction heater for it

I wouldn't recommend Dyanas as a starter vape, that honour goes to the Xmax V3 Pro.

Aagh, it's hard because it really depends on you. You might have time for and enjoy the ritual with the DV and if you get your technique right you can't beat it. If you want to have more of a slow session with more portability but sacrificing taste and that hard hit. I can get a nice big hit off the V3 but it takes more weed.
V3: Simple, reliable, consistent, portable, effective
Dynavap: Ritual, taste, option to have light or heavy hits, they look and feel frickin nice.

I was in a similar boat 2 months ago. Not worked since last Sept, 4 kids, my absolute limit was £100. As I was switching from a pipe, and other reasons, not least the praise it gets on here, I went for the Dynavap. My wife gives me shit for having to order anything so I got a few maintenance bits and everything I thought I'd need in with the £100. I'd almost gone for the V3 but wanted a hard hit.
Hated it. Tried everything that didn't involve more money, still could not get the blasted thing to work. 30g of prescription later, it was my birthday so I spent my Mum's birthday money (do NOT fucking tell her!) on a V3. Instant results with this, sooo easy and reliable compared to the DV, so many less variables, so less reliant on my ability. BUT! Now I've relaxed about the DV, I think I've nailed it, I had the BE on charge so reluctantly packed the Dynavap and seemed to get it right first time, and it is far, far superior, vapor quality, instant effect, completely different world of taste.
So here I am with both the V3 and the Dynavap. For me, it's a great combo, V3 for through the day and the Dynavap for the evening when everyone is in bed and I've got the time and space to get it right.
So I can't sway you either way, I really wouldn't want to be without either now. I swore I wasn't going to start coveting and collecting but there's always going to be some mouthpiece or part that promises to give you a cooler or a harder hit. If you do go with the DV, listen to what they're saying and get an IH or fmj.

Congrats on acceptance.
Now come to the Dynaverse!
Also join the subreddit /Dynavap are see for yourself.
They are perfect mostly because they are so easy to use, portable and require no batteries.
Only issue is when its windy...I got a little portable induction heater called a ufo for that.

Recommend a single torch flame, and a fat mouthpeice (or universal adapter) so you can put in a bong too.

I got one previously, I couldn't take to it, being a never smoker.
I could see how it would appeal to smokers or ex smokers though.

I like mine, sometimes i space and leave the heater on too long/thing ive heard the cool down click when I havnt. Its a great cape for £60-ish.
I also got a Xmax V3 pro at the same time and i use it significantly more, and it was only £73 from magicvaporizers

You will want to bin it on day two but if you persevere you will be converted.

The Dynavap, when used correctly, is an absolute monster. You do need to practice your technique, and you’ll always be trying new ways of using it etc, but imo it’s top tier! Feel free to PM me if you have any further questions :)

No worries, starting tips:
Wash it first, like it says in the book.
Don't grind too fine, I'm finding the coarser the better, chunks of bud work well too if you need to.
Then just play around with the settings until you find what's best for you.
There's an Xmax Reddit page with some hints and tips, also there's a guy on there who's a company rep or something, he's always willing to help with anything.
Enjoy, and congratulations on getting accepted by the way, I hope it works for you.

Recently purchased a dynavap as I unfortunately lost my Xmax v3pro. I found them both to be brilliant for flavour.
Dynavap pros:
Hits harder
Small
Difficult to break
Cons:
Less discreet (lighting a metal thing with a gas lighter in public...)
Learning curve (I've combusted once or twice by mistake, coughtastic
Burning your hand on the bit you've just heated up (yes, I know I'm an idiot).
Xmax v3 pros:
Removable battery (just taking a couple spare batteries out and about)
Very discreet (most people just looked at me like I was using a normal vape)
Cons:
Way bigger
Others have reported issues (I never had this problem though)

I use nothing but a dynavap these days, long since retiring my Solo2 and EQ. It's one of the most efficient vapes there is, and it produces the hits and density that work best for me.
I heat mine with an iSpire Wand induction heater, connected to various watercooling devices, and I've adapted mine to use the half chamber method. Each bowl is around 0.05g.
There's a learning curve with using a dynavap, but it's one anyone will quickly learn, and I find that everyone finds their own kind of unique way of using them. If you use a lighter to heat up, it can also have a bit of a 'crack pipe' vibe to it which can be awkward in public spaces.
I think everyone should own a dynavap for the time when their electronic vape stops working, because electronic vapes will eventually do just that.

Iv got a Dynavap m plus omni and a Jet lighter & induction heater and since buying a mighty + I don't use them, the only reason I don't sell them on is in case of a power cut that lasts a few days.
I would look at spending a few quid extra over the M and get a XL model it will be way cooler vape and way easier to roll in you hand/fingers the cheapest XL I believe is [dynavap-hydravong-xls](https://vapefiend.co.uk/collections/dynavap-uk/products/dynavap-hydravong-xls?variant=29193121431636) @ £95 use code 420 you should get a tenner off.
