Any petition regarding NHS access is futile unless it's on the [Parliament Petition](https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions?state=open&q=cannabis) site.
All previous Parliament Petitions regarding NHS access/decriminalisation have been fruitless and futile. Only sweeping legislation across the EU or a change in party will change things. Sir Kier has repeatedly said that he wouldn't decriminalise, so I doubt he would favour NHS access, especially considering the NHS deficit and budget constraints. That leaves Lib Dem/Coalition government as the only party with progressive cannabis policies.
Just signed. I normally don't with these petitions as I don't believe they will change anything. But with this one I think it just might succeed in starting to change things, especially if it gets to 1 million signing.

Nhs is struggling enough man. I don't agree. They can't afford to pay nurses how can they provide MC for everyone...

Do these things really work? I always see petitions eventually reaching max votes but I don't actually see any real world change.
