Hot weather = more weed?

Anyone else using more weed since the heatwave? I get that it cools you down, I just thought it made me care less but apparently not. Either way I know I’m using a bit more atm coz it makes me more comfortable in the heat.

For sleep, definitely! Insomnia is one of my conditions so I find it hard to sleep any season, but throw in 20c+ nights and it’s twice as bad!

I'm the opposite, when it's hot that means it's also humid which tends to make me wheezy due to my asthma so I tend to vape less.

heat makes my pain and fatigue a lot worse so im using more of my day time strain and night time strain.

Cannabis always cools me down. I suffer with anxiety and one of my debilitating symptoms is intense elevation of my body temperature followed by profuse sweating. Cannabinoids act on the temperature regulation system, which is situated in the hypothalamus. This is why cannabis also gives you the 'munchies' - the hypothalmus also stimulates appetite.

I lived in Asia ten years and love this heat, makes me more content so smoke less I think. Or vape less, ahem, whatevs

I've found that over the last few days I've needed to use a bit more than normal to help get to sleep. I normally struggle but the heat certainly made it worse. Honestly, makes me glad I've got this and not still reliant on sleeping pills
