Haha they definitely got offended by that and replied in haste, especially if they’ve deleted it since. I don’t think they’re allowed to publicly comment on private complaints like that either, although that’s something a solicitor would be best to answer. If you are upset with your current I prescription, I’d highly recommend reporting it to the regulatory bodies. This is the only way we’ll be able to force these sham organisations to take accountability

Just a thought though, is it defo string? Kinda looks like plant fibre, you know like if you snap a stem/branch and it doesn't snap properly and you get a fibrous bit of sort of stringy stem material? Either way, they came across wholly unprofessional for a bloody private medical clinic.

Sounds a very conceited reply,think they can get away with a sub standard product as they are licensed by the Uk Government they can ๐the customer .
