The psychosis thing was debunked ages ago, only those who have some form of latent psychosis are at risk. And lack of evidence supporting the effectiveness of cannabis? Really?

Roughly 10% of the adult population in the uk use cannabis, which is probably about 4-5 million people.
9000 out of 4millon is approximately 0.2%. One fifth of a one percent use cannabis legally.
That's the success of medical cannabis policy in the UK.
