Very very little to tell, on the outward journey no search or need to discuss my script. On the way back I was sent to the shed for a search,I pulled up and said “I have some cannabis in the car but I’ve got the script too. They didn’t seem phased and seemed well versed in the procedure. They asked if I had any other drugs in the car, when I said I hadn’t they just opened the boot and said I was good to go. Maybe a 3/4 min convo,it was less worry than I’d expected. Even when in France, I had no issues, I was stopped on the services heading down, I showed my script, they were inquisitive and asked if it’s additive and do I drive when smoking etc. curious and friendly, checks aren’t great but hey couldn’t have gone smoother. Anyone debating travelling to the EU with their script, rest assured, it’s all good guys😎

Agree, I had an excellent trip to Italy over the past easter and faced no issues going in or coming home at either airport. 👊🏽👍🏽🤘🏽. Quite refreshing.

Just to add, I got pulled over entering Norway (Oslo). Im not a medical user and had nothing on me (but the dog could still smell me!). Guy said he was used to dealing with people with prescriptions and that’s no problem.

Passing through customs is easy if you’re carrying a paper prescription, travel letter from your clinic and an email from the country of origins embassy.
Been the easiest security checks ever.

I recently went over to Brittany on ferry. No chance to declare on way there or way back. I wasn't stopped either. Perhaps because we're family of 4 with 2 small kids.

This happened to me too. Got stopped going onto the ferry. I told them i had my weed in the car, they checked it looked at my prescription and gave it back to me. Didn’t seem too bothered at all.

When I was 16, a mate and I got pulled out of the queue for security at the Harwich to Holland customs and let past everything. We had a half on us and I just think they could not be arsed with paperwork.

That’s great thanks for sharing! I am flying to Barcelona and not sure to take my proscription with me. I just have my letter accepted by MDT and my follow up letter. I got 3 months script.

i have been swabbed and car xrayed a couple of times on uk eurotunnel. they have never asked, i have never volunteered, nothing has ever happened.
i am flyingto scotland in two weeks. sod that. they are mad up there.
