Like some people, I have been consuming my prescription in my garden this summer. I usually go out 3 times an evening, 5pm, 7pm and 9pm. We live in flats that are semi detached houses split into 2 flats and there are 8 flats (4 houses) in total on my row. Our gardens are 4 normal size gardens split into 2 so each flat has its own garden and the only divide between gardens is a 2ft fence. Yesterday evening the neighbour who lives below me who I’ve always got along with came out the back and lost her head. They where screaming that they are sick of the smell and it’s making them physically sick and they’ve had enough. I cant walk far so can’t walk round the block and I don’t like consuming in the flat because of the smell (the irony lol), anyone had a similar issue?

I’ve been a vegetarian for approx 40 years and the stink of other people’s meat barbecues is repugnant to me but I just put up with it cos that’s life. Your neighbour needs to get over herself and just be glad you’re not spraying raw silage on your garden and holding outdoor heavy metal gigs. The slight smell of MC is hardly reason for her to get angry but as she is doing so then it suggests massive intolerance on her part. If you do what she says this time then she’ll come back again in future next time she has a gripe cos she knows she can get the upper hand. Just be calm and zen and don’t let her get to you.

I find plenty of smells offensive, it doesn’t mean I have the right to ask other people to change their lawfully abiding behaviour because of it, though.

If you have the funds get a smoke buddy. They are about 25 pounds from Amazon. It's a charcoal filter you can exhale through that absorbs the smell, they work very well. Hope this helps.

Nothing they can do bud apart from close the windows you consume your prescription. I’ve told all my neighbours so they know I’m vaping cannabis and they put up with it if some don’t like it but they don’t moan to me probably do behind my back but that’s there problem just be respectful.

So you smoke or vape? If it's vape, then they should get over themselves. The smell is only really immediately around you, and dissipates quickly.
If you're smoking, they may get you into trouble.. MC is only legal in the UK under very strict circumstances, and one of those is that you don't smoke it. If they called the police, I doubt you'd get much protection just because you're a medical user.

You guys must have really thin walls or holes in them somewhere, I used to hotbox my room out until I switched to vaping and I've never had a complaint once.
