Sapphire response times?

Hi, so I recently started with my medical Cannabis in a attempt to reduce my opioid use for my chronic pain and i was prescribed the oil and flower. Things have been great, I am genuinely astounded how well it works however after nearly two two I have basically made it through most of the flower i was given, I requested more on Monday explaining that i'll probably be out come the end of the week and I am yet to hear anything back.

So basically, can someone give me a rough estimate of how long they it typically takes for them to respond as I am perhaps wondering if I should call them or something?

EDIT: I've just been online and seen they've done the prescription now, just gotta wait for curaleaf to get intouch now i guess. For anyone wondering it was about four days haha.
