Just wondering, I have it prescribed for anxiety/pain rather than the epilepsy, but I’ve not seen it mentioned much here!
If so, how have you found it?
What has changed if anything?
Have you found anything in particular helpful?
I have daily complex focal, more so than I can count or recall, but always pretty short 10 secs or less, fairly regular absences (a few a week) and maybe a TC once or twice a year.
Sounds bleh, but it’s much better controlled than it used to be, like multiple TC’s a week.
I definitely find the MC reduces the complex and absences, just wondering if anyone is in the same boat?

Yeh tried many anticonvulsants through nhs, but MC seems to be the only thing that has calmed my seizures and pain /mh . It needs to be offered on nhs to more epileptics and pain sufferers. (Touch wood) now gone from daily GM / numerous ab a day all thanks to Mc ... im glad yours has also calmed 👍
Also, MC is very difficult to get on Nhs. Apparently, they only prescribed to 19 people so far so Theres a long way to go
