Travel to Norway

searched, and couldnt find norway.

Anyhow, it apears that it is il;egal to take medical cannabis, including CBD, to norway unless a doctor in norway says it is ok.

You've not left it until the week you travel to try and find out whether you can take your medication with you, have you?

I saw a thing where Snoop Dogg tells a story about the time he did a tour and did a show in Norway. He said he was stopped and drug tested and was heavily fined and arrested the next time he landed in Norway for having THC in his system from the previous time! Crazy, really!

The Scandinavian countries are quite conservative when it comes to Cannabis (apart from maybe Denmark). However they are quite pragmatic, so although they may confiscate your meds at customs (if they spot them). If you have a UK prescription and only have a small quantity for your trip, they wont fine you.

Taking a couple of grams into a country will likely not get spotted but they will almost certainly spot a vape and the associated apparatus during bag x-rays so maybe a bottle of oil with a few ml of oil is a better option.

When it comes to actually medicating, doing it in a public place will get you into trouble as the local police wont be as understanding, so there is still that issue to overcome even if you get your meds into the country.

I think it's a risk buddy.

Norway we consider as being EU and should be acceptable.
But each country will have its own laws and we should urge caution.
E.g. I can just imagine an innocent person trying this in Dubai and getting an awful shock.

Regardless of prescription
Air on the side of caution whenever you travel peeps

You need a travel letter from your clinic too if you haven’t already got one. Lead time is 30 days because it must list your most recent prescriptions.
