Due to have an appointment today With TMCC. Doctor just didn't turn up. Waited over an hour in the meeting room for a no show. Called TMCC, they've can't tell me why, or where the doctor is. Can't offer a follow up for over a week, by which point my meds will have already run out, then I'd have to wait for the rest of the process.
This was after they'd incorrectly advised me that I was able to have a repeat prescription and took payment.
Spoke to the admin staff who were useless, then accused me of raising my voice in order to get me off the phone.
Steer clear of these clowns, it's not worth the stress of dealing with their utter incompetence.

Care as to when the strain id reported to their aftercare as being ‘really important to my well being’ would be back in stock, and no education on picking a new one, gg4 for moby dick? That’s a MENTAL substitute. They so far apart in effect. Anyway…
I’ve been with them since Jan 21 and I can hand on heart say at no point have I been able to get the same meds month in, month out.
after all the absolute FUD and lies they put out about price increase and change of class with MHRA, and promises of listening and patient groups that defo were not shills, i gave it another go, based on the only other seemingly affordable option was sapphire, or zerina, both using cbpm, who hadn’t shown themselves to be great on the times I’d attempted to leave DG.
And here we all are with no proper p21 options, just the worlds leftovers, with TMCC ringing up wondering why we haven’t spent any money with them this month.
Well the answer is we don’t like being lied to, your shady as fuck and now we have options.
It’s been emotional.

Not the first time I’ve heard this same comment about docs not showing up….poor really. Try cantourage pal I spoke with a chap on the phone yesterday they won’t mess you around you deal with proper people in a small business vs. Being just a number to a bigger business with disconnected customer service

I have just discharged myself because of simaler problem due appointment tomorrow but reschedule for next week aswell as like you paying for meds and not getting them for 3 weeks or longer when needed a re write I'm signing up with cantourage apparently they are amazing and prescribe the grow range
Bloke I spoke to was a legend really down to earth.

They’re absolutely awful. Before I went back to black market I did my reorder about 3 days after getting my months supply as was so fed up with stock issues and it still took me about 6 weeks to get it so 2 weeks without my medication. Are we supposed posed to put all our orders in for the year at the same time? They’d probably still mess it up.

Well my dr showed at least but prescription had something out of stock right away just after telling me it was in stock, now having to split payment with dg and half my meds are missing. Looks like I have to suffer while they sort their shit out.... if this happens again I'm going to somewhere else, any recommendations?
