Sapphire strength limits

Morning.

Had my appointment yesterday and mentioned how happy I had been with the strawberry OG 25% and that I would like to change my other prescribed strain to something similar. For context, the other strain was terrible, supposedly 18%, but I get literally one hit from the crafty, maybe 2 if I push the temp to maximum. I explained that this was very bad value for money as I have to use a ton of it to get any medical effects.

They told me that they only allow one 'High Strength' strain per patient, but would not tell me what the limit was in terms of THC. They eventually changed it to ' Satoline flos 15-18% THC '. I have no idea what this is like at all. I have had lower THC bud turn out fine, so I am keeping an open mind.

Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like I am going to end up having to use the black market to plug gaps in the service from sapphire.

I've just moved from them to Jojra after my first consultation today.Right away I'm on a high THC strain sativa and a slightly lower Thc Indica for day.In it I said about how lower strains really don't affect me all that much. I then stressed how I get THC lock and she said on my account I'll have a range of about 6 that work for me, if 1 or 2 were oos I have access to others that do work for me.Unlike Sapphire, who as you have found out are reluctant to listen to the patient/customer. On time and get to the center of what I require from medical cannabis, we talked about my eventual goal with it etc again really wanting to know me and help. Also I get to choose my pharmacy with them as well, they will be opening their own and providing a £4gm flower at some point.

Move clinics, less restrictions elsewhere.

This is one of the reasons why I moved from Sapphire - why the hell do they keep wanting more of these seemingly random rules? And rules like this are very anti-patient - it's difficult to see how this could be in any way helpful.

IMO they are treading a line, and are going to push a lot of patients away eventually.

I’ve got 2 flowers on repeat from sapphire that are 25%. Having said that, one was a replacement for an out of stock flower that is now back in stock. I have 4 flowers in total.

I've only been with them for a few months but what I can tell you is that the review is about the medical effects of your prescription, as in how it helps your medical conditions (or doesn't help) and not about the taste or what the latest strain is. So, if you talk about the effects and what you need for your medical condition, they are all ears. Also, for those of you who have a long history of using BM cannabis for medical purposes, if you know a particular cultivar has helped you in the past, tell them and they will see if any of the strains in stock have similar genetics.
