Proof MaMedica are offering a substandard service to those on the access scheme

So I recieved a email from MaMedica today that absolutely took the cake for the most rediuclous things I've heard from them so far. They are denying me access to send my script to another pharmacy which is my legal right as I'm a "access scheme patient." Yet, in this YouTube interview with founder Jon Robson, he states clinicians can't even see if your access scheme patient and you'll receive the same level of care. Clearly, proven false.
